EMSB set for 2025 Expanded Open House Education and Career Fair
The 25th annual English Montreal School Board Education and Career Fair Open House, will be taking place in an expanded format on Wednesday, October 22, at the St. Pius X Career Centre in Ahuntsic (9955 Papineau Boulevard North).
Behind every success story, there’s a team that supports education!

Important Notice | LION ELECTRIC BUSES – Transportation Services Resumed – Monday, September 22nd
We are pleased to inform you that, as of tomorrow, Monday, September 22nd, all LION electric buses have been repaired, inspected, and cleared for operation. Regular student transportation will therefore resume, with all routes running according to their normal schedules.
Get ready for this year’s open houses
Doors are now open to welcome prospective students and their families to showcase all that the schools have to offer. It is a valuable opportunity to meet the administration, staff and students, explore the facilities and ask questions.

French Immersion

Bilingualism has many cognitive benefits that go beyond those of language acquisition such as heightened mental flexibility, creative thinking skills, enhanced metalinguistic awareness as well as greater communicative sensitivity.

The aim of the Physical Education and Health program at Merton is to help our students to develop the skills, knowledge, and values needed to establish and enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle.
